1. General Information
1.1. The present Terms and Conditions constitute the complete Agreement ("Agreement") between the player (hereunder - "You" or "Player") and the service provider with respect to the use of this website ("Website"). The "Terms" apply to your use of the Games (as described below), as well as any supporting network, mobile or other platforms made available through this platform and any related links. By registering and/or using the Website, you confirm that you are legally eligible, have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any updates published on the Website.
1.2 Under these Terms and Conditions, the term "Company" refers to the company that operates the Website. The Company holds a license and is allowed the operation of games of chance on the International market via services lines. All interactive games are covered by this license: Casinos, Lottery, Sports betting, Exchange, Bingo, Poker, etc.
1.3. We ensure that our operations are licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), P.B. 2024, no. 157.
1.4. These Terms become effective once you tick the "I agree with the Terms and Conditions" box during registration. Any subsequent access to any part of the Website constitutes your continued acceptance of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review any updates published on the Website.
1.5. Any mentioned Games of the Website in this Agreement refer to casino and its varieties, which may periodically appear on the Website. Website reserves the right to add or remove Games on the Website at its own discretion.
1.6. The Website reserves the right to modify, edit, update and change any Terms and Conditions due to a number of reasons, including commercial, legal (according to the new laws or regulations), as well as for reasons related to the customer service. The updated Terms and dates of its entry into force are available on the Website.
1.7. These Terms and Conditions may be published in multiple languages for informational purposes and to facilitate accessibility. However, in the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative text.
1.8. Terms and Conditions are legally binding and are accepted by the Player during the gaming/betting account ("Account") registration on the Website.
2. Player Commitments
2.1. You hereby declare and guarantee the following:
2.1.1 Your age is not less than 18 years old and has reached the age of majority, which is legally permitted to participate in gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.1.2. You take part in Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
2.1.3. You are solely responsible for reporting and payment of taxes applicable to You in accordance with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction in respect of all winnings received from the Website.
2.1.3.1. The Website does not provide consultations to players on tax and/or legal matters. Players who need consultations on such matters shall contact a consultant and/or the authorities in the jurisdiction at the place of permanent residence.
2.1.4. You agree to use this Website and your Account at the Website solely for purposes of your personal participation in the Games, and not for any financial or other operations. Your participation in the Games is carried out exclusively in the role of an individual for the purpose of recreation and entertainment.
2.1.5. All information provided by You to the Website during the term of this Agreement is true, complete and accurate and You agree to immediately notify the Website of any changes in the data provided.
2.1.6. You may deposit and withdraw only from bank cards, e-wallets or other payment instruments that are valid and registered in your own name.
2.1.7. You guarantee that the funds you deposit are legal and not derived from fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities. We reserve the right to request proof of the source of funds, and may suspend your account or freeze/refund deposits if such proof is not provided or is deemed unsatisfactory.
2.1.8. The Website does not allow Accounts to be opened by, or make any deposits nor used from, customers located or domiciled in Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bonaire, Kahnawake Mohawk Territory (Canada), Ontario (Canada), Curaçao, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Russia, Saba, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, St. Maarten, Statia, Sweden, Switzerland, The Republic of Cyprus, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America. The list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse players from any other countries either residents or citizens.
If we determine that a Player has violated clause 2.1.8. - the account in question will be blocked without prior notice. Any deposits made by the Player will be deemed invalid, cancelled, and the Company reserves the right not to return the deposited amount.
2.1.9. The software provided on the Website is the property of the Company or third parties, and is protected by the copyright and other intellectual property laws. You can use this software exclusively for personal purposes for entertainment in compliance with all the rules specified in them, terms and conditions and in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
2.1.10. Games that You play on the Website imply the same principles as upon the participation in similar games in any other place. This means that players should be courteous to each other, avoiding the use of profanity, threats, belittling or violent acts against other Players and abusive comments. It is also forbidden to use an aggressive style of communication, even if it is not related to direct insults and offensive language.
2.1.11. You understand that by participating in the Games, You run the risk of losing money, deposited to your Account at the Website.
2.1.12. You confirm that participation in the Games and the use of the Website are legal in your country of residence. The Company does not intend to provide Services that would contravene applicable local laws, and it accepts no liability for any breach of such laws by You.
2.1.13. You confirm You are not an employee or a relative of an employee and not be an ex-employee or a relative of an ex-employee of the Company, or any group company and their associate entities. This breach may result in the permanent closure of your Account and confiscation of any winnings.
2.2. The Website reserves the right to refuse to register, make a deposit and bets to persons:
- who are citizens and/or residents of states whose legislation does not comply with established international standards of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and/or states which have gaps in their strategy regarding combating dirty money laundering and terrorist financing according to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) report;
- that have previously been excluded or self-excluded from participation in gambling, including due to a gaming addiction.
2.3 If in the process of checking the Player or their game it will be established that the Account is registered to a citizen of the Russian Federation, such Account shall be blocked without mandatory notification of the Player. In this case, the deposits made by the Player shall be invalid and cancelled.
3. Your Account at the Website
3.1. Registration and opening of an Account at the Website.
3.1.1. In order to take part in the Website Game on real money, You must register and make a deposit to your Account.
3.1.2. You must enter all mandatory information in a registration form, namely, to confirm your identity, specify the address and contact information, including a valid email address, place of residence, the relevant payment information; all of this information must be correct and valid. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of information provided by You, and thus confirm and assure the Website that the information provided by You is true, complete and correct. You are hereby informed that the Website conducts the verification procedure of players placing deposits, both independently and with the involvement of third parties, and if You provide false or misleading information, your Account may be blocked or closed at the Website and the winnings to be canceled. You are responsible for verifying all payment details, including but not limited to currency, payment method, and transaction amount, prior to submission.
3.1.3. As part of the registration process, You must choose your username and password to subsequently use to enter the Website. The username must not contain Your first name, last name, or any other personal identifying information. Also, it is not allowed to use profanity, inappropriate digit combinations and other abbreviations that can incite political, religious, racial feuds or be perceived as insults. The Website reserves the right to block the Account of such a Player as a result of using an inappropriate login.
3.1.4. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the security of your data for logging in. You must not share your login information with anyone. The Website is not responsible for any improper use or abuse of your Account by third parties due to the disclosure by You, intentionally or accidentally, actively or passively, of your login information to any third party.
3.1.5. The Website shall be entitled to appoint providers of payment systems, which will act, receive funds and carry out the payment on behalf of the Website.
3.2. Allocation of funds to your Account at the Website.
3.2.1. You can participate in any Game, but if You do not have enough funds on the Account of the Website, the Website shall not provide any credits to participate in the Games.
3.2.2. All information required for placing funds to your Account at the Website is presented on the "Deposit" section of this Website. You can use any convenient way for You to deposit money into the Account listed on this page. A list of possible methods of deposit can be changed periodically. Please note that some ways of placing funds into the Account may not be available in some countries.
3.2.3. Depending on the deposit method of placing funds into the Account, the amount of the deposit may be subject to a charge. The current amounts of such charges on deposits are specified for each deposit method in the "Deposit" section. Regardless of these charges your payment method may also charge a fee for the transfer of funds and other methods of payment.
3.2.4. The company does not accept funds from third parties, namely friends, relatives, partners and/or spouses. You have to deposit funds to your Account only from the Account/system that is registered in your name. When replenishing the Account with VISA or Mastercard, personal data of the bank card must be the same as the personal data of the Account. If we find violations of this condition during the security check, then all winnings may be confiscated and returned and your Account might be blocked.
3.2.5. You guarantee that the funds that You deposit into your Account do not have criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized origin.
3.2.6. When using bank transfers, credit or debit cards to deposit funds into the Account, the funds are credited only after the Website will receive a confirmation and authorization code. If the Website does not receive such authorization, the above will not be entered into your Account.
3.2.7. Deposits and withdrawals may be made in EUR and/or any other currency supported by the Account. The Account's base currency must be selected during registration. Please note that You bear any costs related to currency conversion and exchange rate fluctuations.
3.2.8. You agree not to reject from the prior transactions/or deny or reverse any payment made by You, which can cause refund by a third party in order to avoid any legal responsibility. In the event of the discovery of such a violation, the Website reserves the right to suspend the player's Account and confiscate the remaining funds from the gaming Account.
3.2.9. The Website reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when You make funds to your Account at the Website to verify the Player's identity, the Website has the right to request proof of your identity (including, but not limited to, a photo of your passport/ID card/or any payment cards used, selfie with a passport, utility bill on your name or video call). Documents in Cyrillic or Latin alphabet are accepted for verification. If You do not provide or cannot provide such information to us within 30 days from such a request, we may suspend your Account for as long as You provide us with this information, and/or permanently close your Account in case of the failure to submit it. If You do provide the requested documents within the provided time (30 days), and their contents prove a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Website reserves its right to permanently close your Account and/or wipe any winnings, at its sole discretion.
3.2.9.1. If the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Website reserves its rights to permanently close the Player's Account and/or wipe any winnings or other funds on the Player's Account without prior notice. In such case, You have the right to seek clarifications from the Website within 30 days from finding out this decision, and provide any evidence in support, if the Player does not agree with the Website's decision.
The timing of the verification of the Account is set individually for each game account.
3.2.9.2. In case there are signs of fraudulent actions of various kinds related to placing bets, sports betting, receiving winnings and withdrawing funds from the personal Account, presentation of fake documents, actions on behalf of a third party, client using registration and personal data of the identified Player, the Website has the right to stop such actions by its own means — by contacting the Player and arranging a video verification procedure. After agreeing with the Player on the terms of the video verification, a date for a video call by an employee of the Website is set. The language of the video verification is communicated to the Player in advance. The Player must be in a closed space, not wearing any accessories or clothing that interfere with the identification. After verifying the documents and receiving answers to questions, the Website may cancel bets, withdraw deposits for fraud and block the Account. Withdrawal of funds can only be made after the Account has been fully verified and KYC procedure has been completed.
3.2.9.3. For your Account to be considered for unblocking, You must coordinate the time and conditions of the aforementioned by messaging our support service via email that You used to create your Account.
3.2.10. In case of suspicious or fraudulent cash replenishments, including the use of stolen credit cards and/or any other activity of fraudulent nature, including but not limited to any spam transactions, refunds or cancellation of payments, the Company reserves the right to block your Account, cancel any payment made and recover any winnings. We have the right to inform the relevant authorities and/or organizations (including the credit information agencies) of any fraud payments or other illegal activity. We reserve the right to hire collection agencies to return payments. Under no circumstances the Company shall be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether it was stated or not about the theft of credit cards.
3.2.11. You acknowledge and agree that your Account is not a bank account and, therefore, the insurance, guarantees, replenishment or any other instruments of protection from the deposit insurance or banking insurance, as well as any similar insurance systems will not be available. The interests on the funds available in your Account are not charged.
3.2.12. The Website is not responsible for delays in the banking networks or failures in the work of organizations that process payments which may entail delays in transactions processing, the need for re-processing or cancellation of transactions, freezing of funds or blocking of the Account; and shall not be liable for any actual or consequential damages incurred as a result of such delays. In case of account top-up via bank transfer or other transfer methods, the crediting of funds may not be instant and may take up to three (3) business days from the moment the payment is initiated, subject to applicable laws, banking rules and the policies of the relevant payment providers.
3.2.13. The Website informs customers that funds from customers are not being spent on operational needs of the Company so they are kept and maintained separately from the corporate funds.
3.3. Payments on winnings
3.3.1. After the final determination of the results of the Game, in which You participated, or the confirmation by the Website of the corresponding result of the event and the settlement of the markets of rates, all winnings are transferred for further use on your Account of the Website.
3.3.2. If the Website mistakenly credits your Account of Website with deposits, winnings or bonuses that do not belong to You, the credited amount will remain the property of the Website and will be withdrawn from your Account of the Website. If before the Website knows about the error, You withdraw the funds that do not belong to You, the mistakenly transferred amount will be considered as your debt to the Website. In case of incorrect deposit, You must immediately notify the Website by email to [email protected].
3.3.3. The Website conducts additional verification procedures for any payment exceeding the equivalent of 1,000 EUR and also reserves the right to conduct such verification procedures in respect to smaller payments.
3.3.4. The Company reserves the right to set, change, increase or decrease individual withdrawal limits at its sole discretion. Such changes may be due to, but are not limited to: the level of user activity; requirements, limits and technical restrictions set by the relevant payment service providers (PSPs) or correspondent banks; the results of internal audits conducted by the Compliance Department within the framework of AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing) procedures, as well as in connection with the detection of fraud, multiple accounting, bonus abuse or other suspicious activities; and any other operational or other policies of the Company.
3.4 Financial limits for Sports
3.4.1. The minimum bet on any event is 0.25 EUR, 0.25 USD (or equivalent in other currencies).
3.4.2. The maximum odds for an "Parlay" bet is 1,000. If the winning (prize) odds exceed the maximum for the Parlay game option, then the bet and winnings (prize) for such a game option are reduced to the maximum possible odds, which is 1,000.
3.4.3. The maximum winning odds for each "System" option is 300. "System" options, the win rate of which exceeds the maximum, are calculated at the maximum.
3.4.4. The maximum payout (winnings, prize) per bet cannot exceed the equivalent of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) euros as of the payout date.
3.4.5. Upon completing the deposit transaction, the Player agrees to wager such deposit once (known as "wager x1"), unless the Website states otherwise. The Website only counts bets with odds of 1.3 or higher that are either wins or losses. If a bet is canceled and the Player gets a refund, the Website won't include it in the deposit return calculation. In the event that a Player refuses to play back the deposit, the Website reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal of funds.
3.5. Funds withdrawal from your Account
3.5.1. You can withdraw any amount less or equal to the amount of available balance of your Account at the Website, sending to the Website a valid notice of withdrawal of funds from your Account on the Website. The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the payment method chosen by the Player.
3.5.2. To ensure your safety per 1 week You can withdraw not more than 10,000 EUR and not more than 25,000 EUR per 1 month.
3.5.3. The notification of funds withdrawal should be sent through the Website. The Website does not accept requests for the withdrawal of funds made by phone or by email.
3.5.4. If the requested amount exceeds one thousand euros (1,000 EUR), or in the case of an additional check by the Website for the identification procedure, You must provide a digital photo of your document (page with the photo), such as a passport or ID-card, utility bills (we cannot accept a bill for mobile services). If You replenish your Account with a plastic bank card, You must also send a digital photo of the front side of this card. The first six and the last four digits of the card number must be visible, as well as the name of the card holder.
3.5.5 In most cases the Website has a policy of the non-use of fees in respect of ways of placing funds in support of regular customers. However, it is not allowed for Players to place and withdraw funds from the system if they use it as an intermediate object for the transfer of money. The cases of such Players will be considered on an individual basis, and they are required to pay a commission underpaid. This behavior can be regarded as a landmark, and it may be reported to the management of AML.
3.5.6. The Website offers a wide range of ways to withdraw money. All costs for the transfer of funds are borne by the recipient and are deducted from the transferred amount. In addition, your payment method may charge an additional service charge. The amount of this commission may change periodically.
3.5.7. Withdrawal transactions are processed using the same payment method that was previously used for deposits. If deposits were made using multiple payment methods within the past 30 calendar days, withdrawals will be available to one or more of those methods in proportion to the amounts deposited during that period.
If no deposits were made within the past 30 calendar days and the Player has remaining unused funds from earlier deposits, withdrawals will be available to the payment method(s) originally used for those deposits, either to a single method or proportionally if multiple payment methods were used.
3.5.8. Withdrawal operations are performed only upon confirmation that the Account holder at the Website is the owner of the accounts in the payment systems. Money transfers to other persons are strictly forbidden, regardless of the degree of kinship. One can withdraw funds to a VISA or MasterCard bank card—exclusively to the same card that was used for the deposit. If your card info has changed, You must make a minimum deposit with any valid payment card in order to "open" the withdrawal transaction. The amount of transactions per one payment card cannot exceed the equivalent of 2,000 EUR (two thousand euros) per day.
3.5.9. If You win 20,000 EUR or more, the Company has the right to divide the payment into the monthly payments of 10,000 EUR, up to the moment of payment of all amounts. The company does not pay interest on the debt.
3.5.10. If the account turnover (rake generated) is less than 10% of the deposit for poker or less than 100% of the deposit for all other games, the Company may deduct 10% (minimum $0.50) from the withdrawal amount as a payment processing fee.
3.5.11. You confirm that You agree with our withdrawal schedule. Applications for withdrawal of funds are processed 24/7. We are not responsible for actual and indirect losses incurred as a result of delays or losses due to incorrect, incomplete or wrong financial or personal data provided by the Player in the request for withdrawal of funds.
3.6. Closing of an Account at the Website
3.6.1 You can close your Account at any time, and the Website will return You all funds from your Account at the Website, net of related charges for the withdrawal of funds. The Website reserves the right to establish a minimum withdrawal amount based on various factors, including but not limited to, the payment method chosen by the Player.
3.6.2 The method of refund is determined at our sole discretion.
3.6.3 The Website reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to You if they are not used within 6 months after being awarded or if the Player's Account has been blocked or closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or due to any other reason as reasonably determined by the Website at its sole discretion.
3.6.4 The Website reserves the right to close your Account at the Website and return You the available balance from your Account, net of the related fees for the withdrawal of funds at our sole discretion and without any obligation of giving a reason or prior notice, if these obligations violate trade secrets or could cause any damage to the Website.
3.6.5 If a person attempts to open a new Account after having a previous Account closed, the Website reserves the right to refuse or allow the opening of the new Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, if it appears the person is attempting to circumvent a prior Account closure.
3.7 Inactive accounts
3.7.1 An inactive Account refers to an Account registered on the Website that has not witnessed any successful deposits, bets on events or online Games at casino, or withdrawals for a period exceeding one year (12 months).
3.7.2 To comply with industry norms, the maintenance of your Account remains free as long as You actively engage with the Website's products. However, if your Account shows signs of dormancy, an administrative fee will be deducted from a positive Account balance to cover administrative expenses. In the case of a zero Account balance, no fee will be charged.
3.7.3 The administration fee for an inactive Account will be charged on a monthly basis, commencing 30 days after the Account is identified as dormant, and will continue until the Account either becomes active again or all funds are depleted. Alongside the initial charge for an inactive Account, all bonus campaigns, bonuses, and any other points or accumulated funds from promotions, loyalty programs, or other Website campaigns previously activated on this Account will be canceled. If all the stipulated conditions are met, the Account owner retains the right to withdraw any positive balance using the available payment methods.
3.7.4 To "activate" an inactive Account on the Website, the Account owner can make a successful deposit, place bets on events or online Games at casino, or withdraw funds at any time in case the other points of these rules are fulfilled.
3.7.5 The fee for servicing inactive Accounts is denominated in EUR and amounts to 5 EUR (or the equivalent). The equivalent value in the currency of the game Account is determined by converting the specified amount into EUR using the company's internal exchange rate at the time when the Website levies the Account maintenance fee. If the Account balance falls below 5 EUR (or the equivalent), the remaining amount will be withdrawn from the Account until the balance reaches 0 EUR (or the equivalent in the currency of the game Account).
Please note that the Website reserves the right to terminate the maintenance and access to an inactive Account (closing the Account) once the Account balance reaches zero.
3.7.6. The Website reserves the right to close Accounts and wipe the balance of dormant players who have had no financial or gaming activity for 36 months. If an Account has been inactive for 9 months or more, the Website may archive it; the holder can request reactivation by emailing support within 24 months of archiving.
4. Responsible Gaming
At the request from the Account owner, the Website can block the corresponding Account or its access to the Website for any period including blocking for long periods (up to 6 months or more), and during this period access to the Account or the Website will be unavailable.
A Player may close their Account or restrict access to the Website at any time in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion Policy. To do so, the Player must contact the Website's support service by email and provide the username or email address used during registration.
Alternatively, a Player may request account closure, self-exclusion, or access restriction via the Website's live chat while logged into their Account, which serves as confirmation that the request is made by the authorised Player. Any subsequent reactivation of the Account, where permitted, shall be processed strictly in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion Policy.
After the self-exclusion period has expired, the Player can ask to restore access to the closed Account or remove the restriction on access to the Website. To do this, the Player needs to contact our support service by e-mail and indicate the details of the Account that they want to reactivate or on which they want to remove restrictions on access to the Website. All requests to reactivate the Account or remove restrictions on access to the Website are considered by our Operator.
Accounts that have been closed or have restricted access to the Website as part of our self-exclusion policy are not subject to re-opening or lifting of restrictions on Website access for any reason before the expiration of the self-exclusion period. We will use all reasonable endeavors to enforce our Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion Policy.
At the same time, the Player agrees that the Website does not bear any responsibility if the Player continues to deposit funds on the Account and play casino or sport using additional previously unreported Accounts, or if the Player opens a new Account with almost the same personal registration data, even if it's entered in the registration form in a different way.
In this case, the Player loses the right to all future games, bonus funds and data entered in any offers. We will not be able to restore them in case of reactivation of the Account or removal of restrictions on access to the Website after the expiration of the self-exclusion period. All Account balances, excluding any active bonuses, shall be transferred to a previously used and verified payment method of the Player, at the discretion of the Website. Lost funds on the Website are non-refundable. If the available withdrawal amount is below the minimum withdrawal limit applicable to the selected payment method, the Website reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal until the minimum threshold is reached or to offer an alternative withdrawal method, subject to availability and verification.
In cases where an account is suspended for reasons unrelated to gambling addiction or responsible gaming concerns (e.g., technical issues, suspected fraud, or compliance with regulatory requirements), players may request early unblocking of their account or restoration of access to the Website before the suspension period expires.To do this, they must contact our support service with a corresponding application. The decision to unblock the Account or grant access to the Website will be made by the Website after conducting a comprehensive analysis of the player's case. This analysis may, but not necessarily, include such measures as a personal interview, reviewing the player's Account activity and/or transaction history and/or any relevant documents submitted.
5. Special Terms
5.1. The Website is an online gambling service that uses:
- casino gaming software to provide registered Players access to various casino Games
- sports betting software to provide registered Players access to participate in sports betting activities
5.1.1. The non-use of prohibited software.
5.1.1.1. It is forbidden to use any software that:
• shares information about closed cards between players or facilitates collusion or cheating in any way;
• uses a database of hands or Player profiles and shares it with Players;
• reduces or eliminates the need for human decision-making (e.g., applications that automatically reset certain starting hands);
• designed for data mining (i.e. collecting hands or Player profiles from the Game client, as a result of which the Player is considered in terms of its own Game);
• provides advices on the next step in the Game in real time and during the Game (including the means for ICM analysis and calculation);
• tries to block any of our devices to detect fraud and deception.
5.1.1.2. Players must always play in their own individual interest. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• soft play against friends, relatives or known players;
• chip dumping or intentional loss of hands to transfer funds;
• participation in the same Games or tournaments where Players have shared financial interests;
• abuse of the "sit-out", "pause" or similar features to gain an unfair advantage or delay gameplay.
Repeated or systematic abuse may result in disqualification, confiscation of funds, and permanent Account closure.
5.1.2. The Website will closely monitor such software on the computers of Players, and by playing at the Website You give your consent and agree not to block the detection devices.
5.1.3. The ban on data mining:
• it is forbidden to use data mining for commercial use;
• it is forbidden to use any type of data mining, regardless of whether the information was received by a Player or anyone else;
• it is forbidden to share any lawfully collected information about the opponent with other Players, who are interested in the Game with this opponent.
5.1.4. The ban on the use of robot programs/artificial intelligence (bot program):
