IMPORTANT:

Sportsbook rules are an integral and inseparable part of the general Terms and Conditions of the Website. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the general Terms and Conditions shall hold precedence.

These Terms and Conditions together with all extensions (e.g. supplementary terms, rules, policies etc.) incorporated herein by reference (all together the “T&C”) constitute a binding agreement between us ("Operator", “We”, “Us”, “Our(s)” and variants of the same) and you (“You”, “Your(s)” and variants of the same) - a person accessing and using and/or the online account on the Website (the “Account”), and/or any gaming and gambling product, betting service or other services or products available on the Website (the “Game(s)”).

- Client (bettor) is a person who makes a wager with the Betting company.

- Wager is an agreement between the Client and the Betting company where the loser must fulfill his obligations according to the rules set by the Betting company. The wagers are accepted in accordance to the rules offered by the Betting company in the line.

- Line is the list of events and their outcomes at the odds offered by the Betting company for wagering.

- Bet is the monetary deposit as one as one of the means guaranteeing fulfilment of the Bettor's obligations to the Betting company. It is placed by the Bettor to the Betting company cash desk as a fee for participation in the wagering that includes predicting an outcome. It is the amount the Bettor is wagering.

- Outcome is the result of the event on which the wager has been made.

- Odds to win is the quotation of the Betting company for outcomes of different events.

"- The concepts of ""home"" (host team) and ""away"" (guest team) are used in the team competitions, except for the following cases:

a) The rounds take place in one city or country (in international competitions);

b) The event is the final of any cup competition and consists of one match."

"Home" teams stand on the 1st place (marked "1"), and "away" teams on the 2nd place (marked "2") in the betting line.

In other cases, the numbering of participants in the line is conditional, and information about the place of the event is informative only.

GENERAL TERMS

The Betting company accepts bets on sports and other events (referred to as events from now on). All bets are accepted according to the current rules. The bettor must be familiar with all rules and must agree with them.

The Betting company can amend and supplement the present rules, provisions and payout methods without prior personal notice. The terms of the previously placed wagers remain unchanged while all subsequent wagers are subject to the changed rules.

Registration, opening a deposit and making bets is allowed only to persons who are over 18 years old, who are fully responsible for both the legality of online gambling in their region of residence, and for providing information about winnings or losses to the competent authorities of their country

3.1. The Betting Company prohibits registration, opening a deposit and making bets to persons under 18 years old;

"3.2. The Betting Company reserves the right to refuse registration, opening a deposit and making bets to persons:

- who are citizens and/or residents of countries that have been sanctioned by a government agency, the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of Curacao;

- who are citizens and/or residents of states whose legislation does not comply with the established international standards of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) and/or states that have gaps in the strategy for combating money laundering and terrorist financing, according to the report of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF).

- who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from participation in gambling."

The Betting company assumes that the information given by the Client during registration is completely correct. The Betting company accepts no responsibility if the Client provides the Betting company with wrong information.

To prevent cheating and other conflicts, the Betting company may request from the Clients to provide their personal identification (documents, passport) in order to verify the information the Client has presented during registration. The Client agrees to submit all necessary documentation during registration, if requested by the Betting company.

The Player confirms their commitment to providing timely, complete, and accurate responses to any requests from the Company, including those related to the verification process, the submission of necessary documents, etc., and is aware of the possible consequences outlined in these Rules in case of non-compliance with this commitment. These consequences may include the cancellation of winnings and the unilateral termination of services provided by the Company, with the return to the Player only the deposit part of the funds that they deposited into the gaming account.

In cases of possible cheatings connected to finance operations and placing wagers, the guilty will be taken to responsibility even to the extent of the criminal process.

Opening of account and deposit on account will be made according to the appropriate rules.

The payouts are made according to the appropriate rules.

The Clients accept complete responsibility for keeping their password and account information secret. The Betting company guarantees that the information concerning the Client is kept secret. The Betting company takes no responsibility if the information is disclosed to a third part.

Any operations confirmed with the login / gaming account number and the gaming account holder's password are valid and official. The only restriction is the balance on the gaming account. If the Client believes that the given information is lost, he/she can contact the Betting company administrator and request for a change of the current password.

The betting company does not accept any responsibility for damage or losses caused by use of the site or by the contents of the site.

The same applies to the use or misuse of the site contents by any person, inability to be connected to the site, inability to use the site, delays in site functioning or data transmitting, failures in communication lines or to any mistakes, typing errors or omissions in the contents of the site.

Rules of kinds of sports have priority in relation to the general rules.

Despite the fact that we make every effort to ensure that the site content is correct, all data on the current course of events are for informational purposes only. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the current score or time of the match. We recommend that you always use alternative sources of information.

* If there are differences in rules and regulations between the English language site and the site in any other language, the rules in the English language will apply.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All the design elements, text, graphics, music, sounds, pictures, videos, and their selection and disposition on the website, as well as the compilations of the software, source codes, software and all other materials are subjects to the protection of copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by the Betting company or used by the Betting company under license issued by the third parties, being their owners. The extent to which any materials can be downloaded or printed, such materials can also be downloaded to a single personal computer, and the individual parts can be printed for personal and non-commercial purposes of the Client.

In no case the usage of the Betting company services entitles the Client to any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, know-how or trademarks) owned by the Betting company or any other third party.

The Client has no right to do or allow other person to copy, store, publish, rent, license, sell, distribute, modify, add, delete, destruct or disrupt the operation of the website or any of its sections in any way, as well as directly or indirectly disrupt or interfere with the operations of the web-site (or plan such actions) or modify it, except when it occurs in the course of viewing or using the website according to the rules.

The moment of termination of the agreement is considered a moment, when the Betting company notifies the Client with the confirmation of all the final settlements.

No assignment of Client's obligations hereunder is allowed. A Client may not assign his obligations under the rules, as well as any rights or obligations hereunder to any other person or entity.

The Betting company reserves the right to assign or transfer rights and obligations under the rules in whole or in part without notifying the Client, provided any such transfer would be on the same terms, or terms as a favorable for the Client.

In all matters not covered by the rules the Parties shall be guided by the laws of Curacao.

THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Betting company hall:

Register the Client and assign him a unique number of the gaming account.

Provide the Client with the ability to manage a gaming account.

Maintain confidentiality of information on the Client acquired during the registration, placed bets, the Client's gaming results and the payment settlements with him, and other information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Curacao 2013.

Provide the Client with the twenty-four-hour technical support via email and telephone “hot line”.

The Betting company has the right to:

Suspend the provision of services in case if the Client fails to fulfill the provisions of the rules.

Amend the rules unilaterally. The Betting company doesn't send to the Client additional notices on amendments in the rules. The Client is obliged to follow the relevant amendments all by himself.

The Client shall:

Read by himself the rules and receive a comprehensive explanation on all ambiguous matters.

Keep confidential the number of his gaming account and access password to it. All the transactions made using the correct input player name and password and/or account number, will be considered as valid regardless of whether they were authorized by the Client and the Betting company is not responsible for any claim in the case Client provides his username, password or account number to another person.

Independently carry out actions that may be required by the provisions of the legislation of the country of the Client's tax residence and/or of the country, in which the Client is located at the moment of receiving a winning, in connection with payment of taxes or other compulsory charges from the revenues received from the Betting company. The Betting company shall not inform the Client about existence or content of such provisions of the legislation, and shall not advice on such issues.

The Client has the right to:

Receive a complete list of bets from the Betting company in accordance with the rules.

Unilaterally refuse the game with Betting company once every 90 days after notifying us in advance by email that was sent from the registered email address, and after authorization on the website. The account will be blocked after the final settlements. In exceptional cases, the Client can re-submit a request to refuse the game, but not less than thirty (30) days after the previous request. The Betting company reserves the right to refuse to block the account again.

Set limits of the gaming account on the maximum size of bets and funds spent or submit self-exclusion from the game at own discretion in the manner prescribed by the rules.

The Clients guarantees that at the moment of receiving online services from the Betting company:

he/she is observing legislation of the country of the Client's citizenship and/or of the country in the territory of which the Client is present at the moment of receiving services from the Betting company, in relation to the right or ban to consume the services provided on web-site.

TYPES OF BETS

The Betting company offers following types of betting:

"Single" is wagering on a single event. Win on "single" bet is the bet amount multiplied by the odds of the event.

"Parlay" is wagering on several events that do not correlate with each other. The winnings for "parlay" are settled as the bet amount multiplied by the product of the odds of all the events included in the parlay. The Client can include any combination of outcomes for any sport events that do not correlate with each other in parlays. "Parlays" are considered as winners if all events in parlays are predicted correctly. If at least one event is not predicted correctly, the parlay is lost. The maximum odds of "Parlay" bet are 2000.

"System" is a full combination of parlays of the same dimension chosen by the Client. "System" winnings are settled as the amount of winning parlays that are included in the "system". The maximum odds of "System" bet is 2000.

"""Parlay+"" is a daily additional list of events where bets are accepted with increased odds on Special terms.

Betting through ""Parlay+"" allows increasing ""Parlay"" odds compared to the usual line. It also increases the Client's chances while he is playing with the maximum ""Parlay"" odds (K = 2000) by reducing the number of events."

"BET BUILDER BET is a combined type of result of interrelated events within one match.

The maximum number of results in one Bet builder is 10. Bet builder can be placed in any type of bet: Single, Parley, System.

A bet builder is considered won if all events included in it are correctly predicted without exception. Losing one of the results means losing the entire Bet builder. A return on one of the results and without existing losses means a return on the entire Bet builder, i.e. calculation by a coefficient “1”."

"Example1:

Single Bet

Bet builder combination: Real to win and Total over 2.5 and Both teams to score.

The coefficient is 2.15. The amount of the bet is 100.

If the score of the match is 3-1 - the bet is winning because Real Madrid won and the number of goals in the match is more than 2.5 and both teams scored a goal.

Payout = 2.15 * 100 = 215"

"Example2:

Parley from two events. The amount of the bet is 100.

1. Event Real - Barcelona. Bet builder combination: Real to win and Total more than 3 and Both teams to score

The coefficient is 2.15

If the score of the match is 2-1 - the result is calculated with the coefficient ""1""

2. Event Milan - Inter. The winner is Milan

The coefficient is 1.85

If the score is 2-1 - Milan won, so the Parley won and Payout = 1*1.85 * 100 = 185"

The maximum bet amount is equivalent of $500.

The total number of events in one "Parlay" should be not less than three.

The maximum odds of "parlay" are 2000.

In "Parlay" and "System" betting, it is not allowed to include different outcomes of the same event (match winner, tournament winner) even if they are not directly connected. If incorrect forms of betting are included in parlays or systems, the bets will be refunded even if the computer software has accepted the wager.

Final odds for winnings on all listed betting types are determined taking into account the specifics of determining odds for certain types of outcomes (hitting the spread on the handicap or total, etc.), postponement of the event or the transfer of the event to another date. The transfer time is defined in betting rules. In these events, the odds for winnings are "1".

MAIN TYPES OF OUTCOMES OFFERED FOR BETTING

Bets are accepted on home win (marked as "1" in lines), draw (marked as "X" in lines) and away win (marked as "2" in lines). The bet is a winner if you have predicted the outcome correctly.

Home win or draw - marked "1X". The bet is a winner if the home team wins or the game ends in a draw. No draw (Home or away win) - marked "12". The bet is a winner if the game does not end in a draw. Away win or draw - marked "X2". The bet is a winner if the away team wins or the game ends in a draw.

The Client can bet the matches with handicap (marked H). After the match, the Client adds up the defined handicap to the score of the chosen team. If the score for the chosen team is correctly predicted after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a winner. If the score is draw after the handicap has been added, the bet will be refunded. In parlays, it will count as odds "1". If the other team wins after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a loser.

Total - the sum of goals scored during the match. To make a winning bet, the Client must correctly predict over (Ov) or under (Un) X goals that will be scored during the match. Individual total (iTotal) - how many goals the chosen team will score. The Client must bet on Over or Under. If the score is exactly on spread, the bet will be refunded, and parlays will be settled at the odds "1".

Qualifying to the next round - bet on the team to be qualified to the next round of contests (tournament, cup, etc.) is available.

Results of the participant. In such betting, the Client predicts whether a participant reaches a certain stage of the competition (e.g., 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, finals, etc.), or what place the participant will take in the tournament (group, etc.). If the declared participant in the tournament for some reason did not participate in the competition, all bets on the event with his participation are settled at the odds "1".

In the game "who is higher", it is proposed to determine which team will take higher place in the result table of the competition. Additional terms and conditions on this type of bets may be specified in the event information.

Asian Handicap is a bet on the game with a handicap in which the Handicap value (H) is multiple of 0.25, but not multiple of 0.5, for example: H = -0.25, +0.25, -0.75, +0.75, etc. Such bet is interpreted as two (simple, "half") bets with the same odds and with the nearest common Handicap value (H1 = H - 0.25 and H2 = H + 0.25). The amount of each "half" bet is equal to the half of the "Double" bet amount.

Double Total Bet is a Total bet in which the Total value (T) is multiple of 0.25, but not multiple of 0.5, for example: T = 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, etc. Such bet is interpreted as two (simple, "half") bets at the same odds and with the nearest common Total value (T1 = T - 0.25 and T2 = T + 0.25). The amount of each "half" bet is equal to the half of the "Double" bet amount.

The betting company reserves the right to offer other forms of wagering.

CONDITIONS OF BETS ACCEPTENCE

The bets are accepted based on the line, i.e. the list of upcoming events at the odds for their outcomes offered by the Betting company.

Line changes (handicaps, winner odds, totals, limitations for parlays, maximum bet amounts and others) can happen after any bet, but the terms for already placed bets remain without change. The bets are accepted for the amount that does not exceed the account balance.

The amount of bets for any event during one betting day cannot exceed the maximum bet for the event shown on the line (for the line of the same date). If there are bets with total amount exceeding the maximum bet, such bets will not be accepted.

"The bets are accepted before the event starts. The bets that are placed after the start of the event are not valid and such bets will be refunded. These bets are removed from parlays. The exceptions are so-called live bets during the event. These bets are valid and will be refunded only if for some reason the bets have been placed after the event has ended.

The results update in the progress of live events is for information purposes only. The result listed incorrectly cannot be the ground for canceling the bet. The Betting company is not responsible for correctness of results during live events."

The date and the time for the event start specified in the line are informative only. A wrong date is no reason to refund the bet if the bet has been placed before the start of the event. For bets settlement, the actual time of the event start is used. This time is determined according to the official documents (websites referenced by the Betting company when collecting information) of the organization that holds the competition, match, etc.

The Betting company accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling of players' surnames, team names and cities names of the events on which the bets are placed.

In case of mistakes of the staff in the preparation and publication of the betting line, or there was an obvious failure in the computer software which determines the betting line (obvious mistakes in the odds, odds discrepancy in various positions, etc.), fraudulent actions of the employee of the Betting company in violation of the conditions, provided by these Rules, the Betting company has the right to unilaterally recognize the concluded agreement (including the bets placed before or after the beginning of the event, which concerns mistake), refuse to fulfill obligations under such an agreement and return the bet to the Client.

The bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the Client has placed the wager and received a verification (a note on the site and the wager number).The exception to this is the use of the Parlay Correction Tool in the coupon.

A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are no reasons to change or cancel a bet if the wager has been registered on the server.

Loss of password is no reason to change or cancel a bet or to cancel a payout request.

Each Client is granted one gaming account. Exceptions are granted by the administrator of the Betting company depending on the individual Client. The Client is obliged to apply preliminarily to administrator of the Betting company for granting him such a right, posterior applications are considered as a violation.

The Client cannot give a permission to anybody else to use his/her gaming account.

The Betting company reserves the right to apply limitations or refuse from accepting bets from any person without explanation of reasons and prior written notice.

SPECIAL TERMS

If the event:

Was not held on an appointed date and was postponed for more than 36 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on this event are settled at the odds 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules for this type of sport).

Was interrupted and not completed within 12 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on the outcomes with the results determined by the time of interruption are settled according to these results, and the bets on the outcomes with not determined results are settled at the odds 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules of sport).

If the match is transferred to a neutral ground, the wagers will stay unchanged. If the match is transferred to the opponent's ground, the wagers will be refunded and the bets will be removed from parlays. If the match is transferred to another ground in the same city, the wagers will stay unchanged and they will not be refunded regardless of the playing ground.

If the result is changed or cancelled (protest, doping, etc.), the original result will remain in betting.

If more than one player (team) is announced as the competition winner, the bets placed on the victory of these players (teams) are settled at the odds 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules for this type of sport).

Betting company announces the actual results on the basis of official records and other sources of information after the event. In a disputable situation, when different results for the same event are posted by various sources, with their obvious mistakes, the final decision about the results determination for bets settlement is made by the Betting company.

Settlement for all bets is to be considered final, if 72 hours passed after the finishing of the match. All further requests to review the result, after this 72-hour deadline, are not accepted, except in special cases.

If there is reason to assume that the bet was placed after the outcome of the event became known, or after the selected player / team gained a significant advantage (e.g., the advantage in the score, sending off or substitution of player, etc.), the Betting company reserves the right to cancel these bets (make a refund), both winning and losing.

The company uses its own data about the actual course of the game for live events bets settlement. If for any reason (such as loss of broadcasting, the lack of results in information sources, etc.) results of events cannot be determined, these events will be settled at the odds 1.

The Client should check that his/her betting slip is filled in according to the rules. If it has been filled in incorrectly regardless of why and who is guilty for incorrect filling, the Betting company reserves the right to refund the bets and cancel the wagers.

It the Client has a negative balance due to bets revaluation because of incorrectly entered result, the gaming account will be blocked until the Client deposits the amount not less than the negative balance. Otherwise, the Betting company reserves the right to stop accepting bets from the Client. All wagers placed before the revaluation will remain valid.

FINANCIAL LIMITATIONS

Minimum bet amount for wagering is the equivalent of 1 USD

Minimum bet amount in systems is 1/3 of the minimum bet amount on the event in question.

Maximum odds in parlays are 2000. If the odds are more than 2000, the winnings will be counted as if the odds were exactly 2000. However, the winnings must not exceed the maximum winnings for one bet.

The maximum bet amount for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum bet amount will be defined by the Betting company individually for each event and wagering form and it can be changed without giving written notice. The Betting company reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for certain events and change the betting limits for individual Clients without notice.

Maximum payout for one bet is equivalent of 1,000,000 USD in the gaming account currency.

VIP BET

If you want to bet with amount exceeding the maximum indicated in the section, you can place your bet as a "VIP". To do this, the following conditions must be met:

1. The amount in your account must exceed the maximum indicated in the section.

2. Minimum amount of the "VIP bet" is the equivalent of 100 USD in the gaming account currency.

3. Your bet must be single, parlay or system.

4. "VIP bet" category does not include bets on the "live" events.

If all the above conditions of the "VIP bet" placement are met, then this bet will be considered by the Betting company for the possibility of its acceptance. The decision will be made within 5 minutes. Your bet will be fully accepted or completely rejected. The review of bet and the decision made about it will be shown on the "Account History" page.

Please note that in case of the "VIP bet" rejection, you can place the maximum bet amount according to the limit of the chosen section.

Maximum payout of the "VIP bet" is equivalent of 1,000,000 USD.

THE SPECIAL FEATURES OF RULES ON DIFFERENT SPORTS

American Football

The winner - is the bet on the outcome of the match, on the victory of the team (including extra-time, unless otherwise specified in the line). If due to some reasons the overtime wasn't played and the game was finished in a draw, bets would be void.

A Handicap - is a bet at which the team initially selected is given an advantage of N points, or a lag in N points. In case of hitting the spread on the handicap, bets will be void.

A Total - the number of points gained in the match. In case of hitting the spread on the total, bets will be void. Wagering on individual totals of teams is offered.

Wager "halftime - fulltime" - it is necessary to predict simultaneously the outcome of the first half and the whole match, without overtimes.

We also offer bets on separate quarters and halves of matches.

All bets are accepted with Extra-time included in case of a draw in the main time of the game.

If the game was postponed/delayed for more than 12 hours since the beggining, all bets would be void.

If "Home-Away" teams are misplaced, all bets will be void, except the case the match is transfered to neutral field.

If the "Mercy Rule" was used in the match, all bets would be settled according to the result.

If the game was inerrupted due to some reasons and wasn't finished during 12 hours since the beggining of the match, bets, the results of which weren't defined at the interruption would be void.

If the game was postponed/delayed for more than 12 hours since the beggining, all bets would be void.

Badminton

The winner - is the bet on winning the match or set.

A Points Handicap - is a bet at which the team or plaer initially selected is given an advantage of N points, or a lag in N points. In case of hitting the spread on the handicap, bets will be void.

A Points Total - the number of points gained in the match. In case of hitting the spread on the total, bets will be void. Wagering on individual totals of players is offered.

A Sets Handicap - is a bet at which the team or player initially selected is given an advantage of N sets, or a lag in N sets.

Number Of Sets - is the number of sets played in the match.

Who Will Score Point Number N - what Player will score N-th point in the set. If the point wasn't graped, bet would be void.

Race To N points - what player will win first N-th amount of points in the set.

Will Be Additional Points - 22th point with regulation 21 in set is considered as additional points.

We also offer bets on separate sets of matches.

Handicaps and totals for the match are specified in points, unless otherwise specified in the line.

If the match is interrupted and one of Players for any reason refuses to continue the game or is disqualified, then:

"if at least one set is fully completed:

- all bets to win the match are considered valid, the winner of the match is determined in accordance with the referee's decision;

- all bets actually completed by the time of the match interruption are considered valid;"

"if the first set is not fully completed:

- all bets on outcomes, the results of which are determined before the time of match interruption are settled by these results. Bets on outcomes which results are not determined are settled with odds of 1."

Example: the match was interrupted in the second set when the score was 1:0 (21:15, 19:20) and the second Player refuses to continue due to injury.

bet "2nd set total over (39.5)" - win

bet "2nd set total under (39.5)" - loss

bet "2nd set total over (40.5)" - refund

bet "second team to win" - loss

bet "first team's handicap in the match (-5.5)" - refund

If in the doubles competition, one or more players are changed in the team, due to any reasons, bets will be void.

If the game was inerrupted due to some reasons and wasn't finished during 12 hours since the beggining of the match, bets, the results of which weren't defined at the interruption would be void.

If the game was postponed/delayed for more than 36 hours since the beggining, all bets would be void.

Baseball

Match Winner - is the bet on the outcome of the match, on the victory of the team including extra-innings. If the match was officially finished as a draw, bets would be void.

The Innings Winner - is the bet on the outcome of the innings, on the victory of the team in the specified innings.

Handicap - is a bet at which the team initially selected is given an advantage of N runs, or a lag in N runs in the match. In case of hitting the spread on the handicap, bets will be void.

Innings Handicap - is a bet at which the team initially selected is given an advantage of N runs, or a lag in N runs in the specified innings. In case of hitting the spread on the handicap, bets will be void.

A Total - the number of runs gained in the match. In case of hitting the spread on the total, bets will be void. Wagering on individual totals of teams is offered.

Innings Total - the number of runs gained in the specified innings. In case of hitting the spread on the total, bets will be void. Wagering on individual totals of teams is offered.

"Will Be Additional Innings - the bet is that at least one additional inning will be played.

If due to some reasons the extra-innings weren't played and the game was finished in a draw, bets would be void."

Bets for the 5 innings outcome are calculated, based on the result after 5 full innings.

We also offer combined bets on Match Result And Total.

Bets are offered on the statistics of the teams: Runs, Hits, Errors.

All bets are accepted with Extra-innings included in case of a draw in the main time of the game.

A bet on the winner of a match is considered valid if at least 5 full innings are played (unless the team betting second is ahead after 4,5 innings).

Bets on totals and handicaps is considered valid if at least 7 innings are completed (or 6,5 innings if the team batting second is ahead).

If a game is not completed because of any reasons (rain, weather conditions or other external factors), the winner has to be determined according to the score at the moment of the interruption, and this score confirmed as a final result by the official site of the tournament. If the official site of the tournament does not confirm this score as a final result, all bets are void and calculated with the odds “1”.

If the game was inerrupted due to some reasons and wasn't finished during 12 hours since the beggining of the match, bets, the results of which weren't defined at the interruption would be void.

If the game was postponed/delayed for more than 12 hours since the beggining, all bets would be void.

In case of changing the pitcher before the match started, all bets remain valid.

Basketball

The match winner - is the bet on the outcome of the match, on the victory of the team without overtimes.

The match winner 2 Ways - is the bet on the outcome of the match, on the victory of the team including all possible overtimes.

A Handicap - is a bet at which the team initially selected is given an advantage of N points, or a lag in N points. In case of hitting the spread on the handicap, bets will be void.

A Total - the number of points gained in the match. In case of hitting the spread on the total, bets will be void. Wagering on individual totals of teams is offered.

"Will Be Overtime - the bet is that at least one overtime will be played.

If due to some reasons the overtime wasn't played and the game was finished in a draw, bets would be void."

Race To N points - what Team will gained N-th number of point in the specified quarter.

Highest Scoring Quarter/Half - is the quarter/half in which the most points will be earned without overtimes. If two or more quarters are the most effective, the outcome "2 and more" wil be winning.

“Players Duel”. In this wagering, it is proposed to guess which of player will score more points, assists or rebounds. If one of the players did not participate in the match, all bets will be settled as void. If a player did not participate in one of the quarters, all bets to be settled according to the result. Bets on straight wins and draw (1, X, 2) are accepted on the regular time only. Bets on handicaps and totals include all possible overtimes.

"Will Player Do Double Double". Double-Double is counted if the player reaches the highest result in two statistical values from the main: points, rebounds, assists, steals, block shots.

"Basketball bets are accepted with Overtime included in case of a draw in the main time of the game, except for the bets on Wins and a Draw (1, X, 2) accepted on the main time only. In basketball games, where the tournament rules for determining the confrontation's winner are provided for two games (at Home and Away), the match can end in a draw without Overtime. Overtime, appointed by the sum of the results of the two games, is taken into account only in the betting rounds for the next round (Qualifying to the next round).

Example 1: match play-offs (according to the rules of the tournament, the winner of the confrontation is determined by the sum of two meetings), the first match ends with a score of 79-71 (without OT), the second match - 80-80 (without OT). In the second match, overtime is NOT stipulated by the regulation, since the score for the sum of two meetings is 159 - 151, as a result of qualifying to the next round of the first team.

Example 2: match play-off (according to the tournament rules, the winner of the confrontation is determined by the sum of two meetings), the first match ends with a score of 85-80 (without OT), the second match - 96-91 (without OT). On the sum of two meetings 176 - 176. In the second match, Overtime is appointed to determine the team that will qualify to the next round (this OT is not taken into account when settling the bets on the match, except for the outcome Qualifying to the next round)."

The winner - is the bet on winning the match or set.

A Points Handicap - is a bet at which the team or plaer initially selected is given an advantage of N points, or a lag in N points. In case of hitting the spread on the handicap, bets will be void.

A Points Total - the number of points gained in the match. In case of hitting the spread on the total, bets will be void. Wagering on individual totals of teams is offered.

A Sets Handicap - is a bet at which the team or player initially selected is given an advantage of N sets, or a lag in N sets.

Number Of Sets - is the number of sets played in the match.

Who Will Score Point Number N - what Player will score N-th point in the set. If the point wasn't graped, bet would be void.

Race To N points - what player will win first N-th amount of points in the set.

Will Be Additional Points - 22th point with regulation 21 in set is considered as additional points, 16th point with regulation 15 in set are considered as additional points.

We also offer bets on separate sets of matches.

Handicaps and totals for the match are specified in points, unless otherwise specified in the line.

If the match is interrupted and one of Players for any reason refuses to continue the game or is disqualified, then:

"if at least one set is fully completed:

- all bets to win the match are considered valid, the winner of the match is determined in accordance with the referee's decision;

- all bets actually completed by the time of the match interruption are considered valid;"

"if the first set is not fully completed:

- all bets on outcomes, the results of which are determined before the time of match interruption are settled by these results. Bets on outcomes which results are not determined are settled with odds of 1."

Example: the match was interrupted in the second set when the score was 1:0 (21:15, 19:20) and the second Player refuses to continue due to injury.

Biathlon

"Race Winner. The participant who took the first place in the official race protocol is determined as winner of the race.

If there is more than one winner, bets on these participants will be settled as void.

If the declared participant has not started the race, bets on him will be settled as void.

If the declared participant started the race but hasn't finished it , bets on him will be settled according to the final race protocol."

Finish Position Range. Bet on the determining the participant's finishing position. It is proposed to specify the place at which the participant will finish the race.

Wager "Who is higher". The Client predicts which competitor in a predetermined pair will finish at a higher position after the competition (team in relays). If both competitors fall out of the race or one of them does not start - the bets will be refunded.

Leader After The First Shooting. It is proposed to name the participant who will take the best place in the protocol after the first shooting line.

"Winner Country. The country, whose participant took the first place in the official race protocol is determined as a winner.

If there is more than one winner from diferent countries, bets on these countries will be settled as void.

If none of the participants from the country took part in the race, bets on this country would be void."

Comparison Of Countries By The Best Participant. Select a team whose member finishes higher on the final protocol.

"Best Participant of the Country. It is proposed to guess which of the representatives of this country will take the best place in the final protocol of the race.

If one of the country participants hasn't started, all bets will be settled as void.

If one of the participants started the race but didn't finished it, bets remain valid."

Finish Break Range In Seconds. It is proposed to specify the gap of the winner from the second place with accuracy up to a millisecond inclusive.

"Misses.

Wagering on the total number of target misses of the race participants. If the number of target misses is equal to handicap, all bets will be refunded. The bets that have actually finished by the time the participant falls out of the race (or disqualified) are considered valid.

Wagering on the number of misses in each shooting round (1st round, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.). The bets that have actually finished by the time the participant falls out of the race (or disqualified) are considered valid.

Comparison - which participant will make more target misses in a predetermined pair. The Client should predict which of the two competitors will make more target misses. If one of the competitors does not start or finish the competition - bets will be refunded."

The final results are determined by the official race protocol published immediately after the race finishing. Further disqualifications of participants or any other changes in the final protocol after the race are not considered.

The regulation of the race is defined by the Tournament Federation and noted in the betting-line. If the regulations of the race was changed, bet would be void.

If the tournament was officially cancelled or wasn't finished, bets would be void.

If in the team competition, one or more participants are changed in the team, due to any reasons, the bets on the races will remain valid.

Boxing

Fight Winner - the result of the fight can be defined by judge's Decision (DEC), Knock-Out (KO), Technical Knock-Out (TKO), Technical Decision (TD), Disqualification (DQ) or refusal of an opponent.

Ahead-of-time-win. A win inside the distance includes a Knock-Out (KO), Technical Knock-Out (TKO), Technical Decision (TD), Disqualification (DQ) or refusal of an opponent.

"Method Of Winner.

A win inside the distance means a Knock-Out (KO), Technical Knock-Out (TKO), Technical Decision (TD), Disqualification (DQ) or refusal of an opponent.

A Win by point means judge's decision:

- Unanimous decision (All three judges judge the same fighter to be the winner).

- Split decision (Two judges score one fighter as the winner and the third judge awards the fight to the other fighter).

- Majority decision (Two judges score one fighter as the winner and the third judge scores it a draw).

A draw includes judge's decision by assigned points:

- Unanimous Draw (All three judges declare a draw);

- a Draw by majority decision (Two judges declare a draw while the third judge scores one fighter to be the winner);

- a Split Draw (One judge scores it a draw, and the other two judges award the fight to different fighters) or a Technial Draw."

The duration of the fight. Predict a specified number of complete rounds.

"Victory in the round.

In bet on winning round you need to chose the round of the finishing fight. If the fighter refuses to continue the fight in the break between rounds, or after hitting the gong, about the beginning of the next round, does not go on, then the last round that is held is considered to be winning.

If all rounds were finished, the ""Full fight"" is settled as win.

In case of Technical Draw or Disqualification, the last round in which the fight was finished is counted as win. "

Bets are offered on the winner of a certain round interval.

Bets are also offered for the minute the fight is over and whether there will be a knockdown in the fight.

All bets are settled in accordance with the initial official result. Further changes after the fight is finished (protest, doping etc.) are not considered.

If the number of rounds is changed in the fight, bets on the result of the fight and the method of its achieving remain in force, bets on number of rounds will be void, except the cases when the settlement of the bets had been detemined before.

If the fight was cancelled, all bets would be void.

If the fight was declared as "No contest", bets would be void.

Chess

Wagering is offered on the winner of the match, draw, handicap, both for either participant and for the team.

Bets are offered on the Qualification to the next round, winner of the tournament.

You can also bet on the number of moves in a game.

In chess games bets are accepted on one game, unless the other is stated in the betting-line.

All bets on the match are valid until the end of the tournament. If the tournament was cancelled or inerrupted due to some reasons and wasn't finished, bets would be void.

If more than one game is played on the same day between the same players, the bets can be proposed for each game individually or for the sum of the games of the day. Each game has a different timeline.

If one of the players disqualified, bets will be void.

The type of time control in the game is determined by the rules of the tournament, unless the other is stated in the betting-line.

Cricket

To win/3-way betting:

All match betting will be settled in accordance with official competition rules.

In matches affected by adverse weather, bets will be settled according to the official result.

If there is no official result, all bets will be void.

In the case of a tie, if the official competition rules do not determine a winner then dead-heat rules will apply.

"Dead Heat is a situation when performances of the competitors are judged to be so close that no difference between them can be resolved. Other words, two or more competitors are awarded a joint ranking.

The odds settlement scheme is the following: stake amount is divided into number of competitors, who finished the tournament with the same result/number of actual winning outcomes and multiplies by original odds.

Example: in cricket Tie and a there is no way to define a winner.

Stake amount is 100, odds 1.8. Calculations: 100 / 2 ( - number of outcomes - W1 and W2) * 1.8 = 90."

In competitions where a bowl off or super over determines a winner, bets will be settled on the official result.

In First Class Matches, if the official result is a tie, bets will be settled as a dead-heat between both teams and not as a draw. If the Draw was offered, bets on the Draw will be settled as losers in the case of a Tied match.

If a match is abandoned due to external factors, then bets will be void unless a winner is declared based on the official competition rules.

If a match is cancelled then all bets will be void if it is not replayed or restarted within 48 hours of its advertised start time. If there is a change in teams from originally advertised then all bets will be void.

In First Class Matches, in case of Draw, To win(2-way) bets will be void.

Double Chance:

A tie will be settled as a dead heat.

All match betting will be settled in accordance with official competition rules.

If there is no official result, all bets will be void.

Tied Match:

All bets will be settled according to the official result at the end of the match not including super overs, bowl offs or any other means of deciding the winner in the event of a tied match. Must be an official match result for bets to stand.

If the match is abandoned or there is no official result, all bets will be void.

For First Class matches a tie is when the match has reached a natural conclusion with all innings being completed and the final scores are level. If all innings are not completed in their entirety at the end of the match then the official match result will stand. A declared innings counts as a completed innings.

Toss winner:

If no toss takes place, all bets will be void.

Most Fours/ Most Sixes:

In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the overs scheduled to be bowled in either innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined. or the match has reaches its natural conclusion without either innings being shortened to less than 80% of the originally alloted overs. Bets will stand if either innings is shortened due to it reaching a natural conclusion.

In First Class matches resulting in a draw, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined.

Only fours/sixes scored from the bat (off any delivery - legal or not) will count towards the total fours. Overthrows, all run fours and extras do not count.

If the batting team reaches the end of their allotted overs, reaches their target or declares before the first wicket falls, the result will be the total amassed.

For settlement purposes, a batsman retiring hurt does not count as a wicket.

Top batsmen bets for First Class matches apply only to the first innings of each team, and will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined. If a player was named at the toss, but later is removed as a concussion sub, that player will still be counted, as will the replacement player. If a batsman does not bat, but was named in the starting XI, bets on that batsman will stand. If a batsman is substituted in after the in-play market has been offered, and scores the highest individual score, bets on the market will be void, unless there is a dead-heat. If a substitute (concussion, or otherwise) not named in the original XI is able to bat in their teams first innings, regardless of if they actually bat or not , bets on the market will stand.

When two or more players score the same number of runs, these bets will settle as winners.

If a player was named at the toss, but later is removed as a concussion sub, that player will still be counted, as will the replacement player. If a bowler does not bowl, but was named in the starting XI, bets on that bowler will stand. If a bowler is substituted in after the in-play market has been offered, and takes the most wickets, bets on the market will be void, unless there is a dead-heat. Bets will be settled on the officially declared man of the match.

When two or more players are declared as Players of the match, these bets will settle as winners.

If no man of the match is officially declared then all bets will be void.

First Ball Of Match / Second Ball Of Match / Third Ball Of Match:

Dead balls do not count, at least one ball must be delivered or will be made void.

Wides/No Balls/Bye/leg byes - runs allotted to these do not apply in this market e.g. 5 wides is a settled as Wide.

Wide balls total:

The result will be determined by the number of runs added to the team total, off the specified delivery.

For settlement purposes, all illegal balls count as deliveries. For example, if an over starts with a wide, then the first delivery will be settled as 1 and, although there has not been a legal ball bowled, the next ball will be deemed as delivery 2 for that over.

If a delivery leads to free hit or a free hit is to be re-bowled because of an illegal delivery, the runs scored off the additional delivery do not count.

All runs, whether off the bat or not are included. For example, a wide with three extra runs taken equates to 4 runs in total off that delivery.

Runs total in Over #:

The specified over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement has already been determined. If an innings ends during an over then that over will be deemed to be complete unless the innings is ended due to external factors, including bad weather, in which case all bets will be void, unless settlement has already been determined.

If the over does not commence for any reason, all bets will be void.

Extras and penalty runs will only count if they are accredited to a particular delivery within that over.

Wicket in Over #:

As “Runs total in Over”.

For settlement purposes, any wicket will count, including run outs. A batsman retiring hurt does not count as a wicket. If a batsman is timed out or retired out then the wicket is deemed to have taken place on the previous ball.

Over Odd/Even:

As “Runs total in Over”.

Zero will be deemed to be an even number.

First 5/6/10/15/20 Overs total:

3-way betting. Innings:

Both teams must complete their first innings for bets to stand.

Innings Runs:

In case of refusal (avoidance) of the Client from identity verification procedure, the provision of another`s, fake (edited with the help of various programs and graphic editors) documents, - Betting company may decide to cancel all the bets placed by the Client and to return all transferred funds into the gaming account.

CASHOUT

"CashOut" option is the ability to settle your bet before its outcome is known.

"CashOut" amount depends on the course of events and changes of odds in the game that you selected. It may be higher or lower than your original bet.

"CashOut" option is available only for your unsettled bets.

"CashOut" option will be active both for Pre-match and Live betting.

If you have several bets (single bet and Parlay or several single bets and Parlays), then "CashOut" option will be available separately for each of these bets.

"CashOut" option is available only for the whole Parlay but not for its separate events. If some event in Parlay has finished according to your bet, then "CashOut" option will be available for recording the profit that you have already won.

"CashOut" option is provided on the condition that the markets, in which you have placed your bets, are still open.

You can apply "CashOut" option to your unsettled bets in the "Account History" tab.

The settlement amount will be displayed next to each of your bets for which "CashOut" is available.

Betting company does not guarantee that "CashOut" option will be available at any time.

If your "CashOut" request for an individual bet is successful, then your bet will be settled instantly and the appropriate amount of funds will be credited to your gaming account. In this case, the result of selected event will not matter for settlement of this bet.

Betting company reserves the right to accept or reject any "CashOut" request for any kinds of sports, competitions or markets.
