The Poker Loyalty Program features 10 player tiers, the accumulation of bonus points, and personalized offers.

How does the program work?

You earn bonus points for playing poker, based on your Loyalty Program tier. The higher your tier, the more points you receive for every hryvnia of rake generated.

Pokerbet uses the "contributed" rake calculation method: each player is credited with rake based on the amount they contributed to the pot. No rake is charged if you fold your cards pre-flop.

There are 10 levels in the Loyalty Program. The requirements for reaching and maintaining each tier, the number of points involved, and additional perks are outlined in the table below:

Please note! The same amount of monthly rake is required to both reach and maintain a tier. However, maintaining a tier requires a higher number of points, as a higher point-accrual multiplier applies at that specific tier.

Your level is determined by your activity over the course of a month. Reaching Level 7 or higher grants you VIP status.

Upon reaching Level 2 or Level 3, you will receive a "Level Card" containing cash prizes:

You can exchange your accumulated points for rewards directly within the Pokerbet game client.

The Bonus Shop offers:

- Cash bonuses
- Game bonuses for use at cash game tables
- Tournament funds for entering tournaments

How do you exchange points for rewards?

Step 1. Open the Bonus Shop in the game client

In the poker lobby, click the shopping cart icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2. Select a reward

Choose the desired category at the top of the shop. Within that category, you will see the available rewards, their values, and their cost in points.

Click on a reward to view more detailed information.

Step 3. Purchase the reward

In the reward window, you will see its value, cost in points, description, and terms of use. To exchange your points for the selected reward, click the "Buy" button.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from your balance, and the reward will be available for use in accordance with its terms.

Please note: Exchanging points via the cashier and registering for tournaments using points will no longer be available starting November 1, 2026.
