Bomb Pots is an exciting and dynamic format that brings an added element of surprise and excitement.
In a normal poker game, players take turns betting (blinds) before cards are dealt. In bomb pots (a hand that can happen at any time during the game), all active players at the table are required to deposit a certain amount of money into the pot, equal to several blinds. The flop (three common cards) is then immediately laid out, and betting does not begin until after the flop.
Bomb Pot key features:
Increased pot. Because all players put money into the pot before the flop, the size of the pot is much larger than in a normal hand. This creates more opportunities for big wins.
More action. Because of the higher pot, players are more likely to take more risks and play more hands. This makes the game more dynamic and interesting.
Unpredictability. Since the betting starts only after the flop, players don't know how strong their opponents' pocket cards are.
At the Pokerbet Bomb Pot, the tables are labelled with a special bomb-shaped icon and have the words Bomb Pot in the name.
Bomb Pots are played several times an hour at these tables, and are preceded by an animation of a bomb exploding. The Bomb Pot tables specify the conditions of bomb pot drawing: the amount of blinds that are automatically deposited by players and the approximate frequency of Bomb Pot hands.
