How does the Loyalty Program work?

In total, the Program will consist of 8 Leagues, with each one having a certain number of levels. The higher the League, the better gifts and privileges you can look forward to.

How are the points awarded and what are the bonuses for level up?

For every €1 bet in casino or sports, the player will receive 1 point for the Loyalty Program standings.

As soon as the level scale is full, the player moves to a new level or moves up to a new League. For each level upgrade, the player will receive a Wheel of Fortune with free spins or a cash super prize from 100,000 UAH up to 1,000,000 UAH for Platinum League players and above. Starting from Platinum League, players will be able to get cashback from 5% to 20% every week! Cashback is calculated only for playing in the casino!

Cashback calculation formula:

How much time is there to level up?

You will have 30 days to reach each new level. When you reach a new level, this counter will be reset to 30 days. To stay in your current League, you need to complete at least 1 level within 30 days. It's simple!

Additional terms and conditions

1. All casino and sports players automatically become members of the Loyalty Program.
2. For every 1 EUR bet in the casino, you will receive 1 point in the Loyalty Program (only real money bets count).
3. For every 1 EUR bet in sports, you will receive 1 point in the Loyalty Program. Only completed bets with odds starting at x1.5 will count.
4. If the player makes bets in another currency, the conversion of points will be made at the rate specified on the website in the Cashier.
5. The player will have 30 days to reach each level. When reaching a new level, this counter will be reset to 30 days.
6. If a player has not completed any levels within 30 days, they will be moved to the first level of the current League.
7. In case a player has not completed any level within 30 days while on the first level of the League, they will be moved to the first level of the previous League.
8. Cashback under the Loyalty Program will be credited on a weekly basis for the previous game week. Crediting will take place every Monday at 00:00 UTC time.
9. Cashback is calculated using the following formula: Cashback = (Amount of casino bets — amount of casino wins — amount of received bonuses in the casino) x % of your cashback.
10. Cashback must be activated within 72 hours of receiving it in the "Gifts and Bonuses" section, otherwise it will be cancelled.
11. Wheel of Fortune and the bonuses that can be obtained from it must be activated within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise they will be cancelled.
12. Rewards for each level can be received multiple times. In case the player has dropped to levels that they have already completed before, they will still receive bonuses for completing the levels again.
13. When the highest level of the Loyalty Program is reached, the player will be able to receive a bonus for completing the same qualification that was required to reach it, once per scoring period.
14. Pokerbet may end the promotion or change its terms and conditions at any time.
